Introducing the first app in the Android market that fully explains each workout in each of the PRT drills. This app shows a detailed picture, all the steps, starting position, duration, cadence, etc... directly as it is from the TC 3-22.20. All feedback is appreciated, and if I missed any workouts, please let me know and I will add them.
If you have any suggestions for things you would like added to the app, please let me know. I am working on video, and plan to have the last bit of video recorded this weekend. Look forward to that in the coming weeks.
